The Parish Council have been notified that the planning inspectorate has given permission for Land Reclamation through the importation of Inert Waste.

The Parish Council, representatives from the village, Cropwell Bishop Creamery, our borough councillor and Nottinghamshire County Council fought this application on behalf of our residents and did a sterling job on our behalf. I would like to thank everyone from those who objected in the first instance to those who fought this application on behalf of our residents.

The planning inspectorates decision notice and terms of permission are detailed below. It is now up to the Parish Council and our residents to ensure these conditions are adhered to.
